Welcome!

Published by yolander at 7:22 pm under Personal Edit This

Hello and welcome to Adventures in Freelancing! My intention for this blog is to share my experiences in freelance writing with you. I’ll be giving you tips and tricks, sharing stories of success and failure, motivating you- and maybe asking you to motivate me.

I’ve been writing professionally for over eight years. I have written motivational seminar materials, sales brochures, business and marketing plans, stories, how-to articles, newspaper articles- you name it. Right now, I am working toward moving away from the salaried positions and allowing myself to be fully immersed in the freelance world.

I hope that you will accompany me on my journey. In doing so, I hope I can somehow help you on your journey too. Who knows- maybe we have the same destination! So bookmark this page, and come back daily for updates.

I wish you well on your move. Writers do have greater oportunity to be more free, good luck. It is nice to think that we can be independent also from the traditional salaried jobs :( No, I am not complaining about my job, I love it for it allows me a lot of free time to explore, but then with the trend right now of laying off, it is always good to be armed.

Thanks for dropping by my site and leaving a comment.
